Higher Education Teachers’ Training in Attention to SEN Students: Testing a Mediation Model

There is growing interest in analyzing the evolution of inclusive education universities, highlighting training teachers as main barrier to this evolution. The purpose study was analyze, through a mediation model, what extent accessibility and inclusion university campuses affect, both directly indirectly, continuous attention diversity demands by same area. Participants were 580 from Faculty Education eight Andalusian universities (Spain). results revealed that mediates negative effect have on demanded teachers; means more accessible are, therefore they continuing training. no empirical evidence literature model used field educational methodological technique, so it very innovative contribution.
